Cucumber Elderflower Nonalcoholic Gimlet

Chef Paul crafted a Cucumber Elderflower Nonalcoholic Gimlet recipe for Wild Rice to add to their menu, and since it’s been a huge hit we had to share it with you.
4 oz Betera Elderflower Lime
2 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
¾ oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup or other Sweetener
How to Make
Mix and pour all ingredients on the rocks or straight up. Garnish with a cucumber twist or slice and a lime wedge.
